Heber City to allow dogs in parks on trial basis

Heber City Councilmember Morgan Murdock recaps Tuesday's council meeting, including a proposal to allow dogs on leashes in four parks with additional fenced areas for off-leash activities. A trail run for dogs in Main Street Park is scheduled for May 23. Additionally, the council debated increasing the allocation for arts funding in the TAP tax from 10% to 15%.
