An Evanston, Wyoming, resident made his first appearance in Third District Court Monday on charges that he stabbed a stranger in an unprovoked attack at a convenience store near the Mirror Lake Highway. Documents filed by the county attorney's office said that after he allegedly committed the attack, 45-year-old Charles Ryan Hendricks yelled that his victim was Satan. Rick Brough has more:
