A Tuesday morning release announced Hendrix Rodriguez went missing after leaving his home Tuesday morning near WalMart was "possibly in danger."
A little before noon, police reported he had been found and was undergoing evaluations by emergency medical service responders.
Police thanked those who called with tips to help find him.
