The discovery period for both sides in the Park City Mountain Resort/Talisker Land Holdings legal fight will expire in about six weeks.
With that in mind, Third District Court Judge Ryan Harris heard another request from Talisker earlier this week, to access information held by the mountain resort.
Ultimately, Judge Harris issued a ruling that, he said, didn't entirely favor one side or the other. Rick Brough has more.
