Park City School Board meets Tuesday at 4PM

Erin Grady Park City Board of Education President
Park City School District
Erin Grady Park City Board of Education President

The Park City Board of Education meets Tuesday for a regular public meeting. It starts at 4 PM, and the public can speak at 5 PM.

The Board of Education wants to hear live input from community members. Speakers will have three minutes, and group input is limited to five minutes. People may speak on items not listed on the board agenda, and the board requires that comments be polite, respectful, and accurate.

The board will hold a closed session following public input.

On the agenda is an update on enrollment. Park City School district enrollment numbers for the current school are about 100 students lower than last year, according to the October 1 counts.

Business Administrator Todd Hauber will review the open and closed schools’ discussion, which includes a recommendation that all Park City schools be closed to open enrollment of non-residents.

The meeting will be held at the district offices at 2700 Kearns Boulevard. Go to pcschools.us under the district meeting tab to read the agenda.

If you can’t attend the meeting in person, you can submit email comments to: communication@pcschools.us by 2 PM the day of the meeting.
You can listen to the meeting through this youtube link.
