The Swaner Preserve and EcoCenter will host a fundraiser at Alpine Distilling on Wednesday, October 18 from 4-6 pm. Alpine Distilling has crafted a special Swaner Edition of its “Utah Straight” Bourbon. This limited release whiskey has been aged for almost three years on the edge of the Swaner Preserve! Only 200 bottles are available and $10 per bottle directly supports the Swaner Preserve. Light bites, cocktails, and this special edition whiskey will be available for purchase. Plus, one lucky guest will receive the barrel from this one-of-a-kind project.
