Fractional ownership of properties, where multiple investors own a portion of a home typically managed by a third-party company, has emerged in Park City over the past two years. The City’s Planning Department is currently working on Land Management Code amendments to protect primary residential neighborhoods, while accommodating fractional ownership in zoning districts that support secondary residences.
