From Nov. 21- January 7, ParK City Museum will host the traveling exhibit called "Black and White in Black and White: Images of Dignity, Hope, and Diversity in America". On December 9, from 5-6, the museum will present a Zoom lecture by the exhibit curator, Douglas Keister, author, writer, and photographer . If you like history, photography, architecture or a good story, you will want to hear how Keister found 280 glass negatives, tracked down the photographer, John Johnson, and learned about the New Negro Movement in the early 20th century. The photographs of the movement are so important that sixty of them are now in the Smithsonian’s collection. For detailed info on Dougas Keister's wide ranging talents and the Zoom link, go to parkcityhistory.org.
