This grief workshop is for those suffering from grief and provides a safe, accepting, and confidential space where you can share and be supported in your feelings, as well as benefit from resources and education. Free, ongoing, Grief and Caregivers Support Group meetings are held on alternate Fridays at 1:30pm with the Caregivers Support Group.
