Utah Department of Health released new numbers Monday afternoon about COVID-19 in the state.
There are 3,213 confirmed COVID-19 cases statewide, up 144 from Sunday. Summit County has 331 cases, up 13 from Sunday. Thirty-one patients have been hospitalized, the same amount of cases since Saturday. Wasatch County has 118 confirmed cases, up seven from Sunday. Six have been hospitalized, the same amount of hospitalizations since Saturday.
Salt Lake County has the most confirmed cases in the state at 1,671. Utah County has the second most cases in the state with 498, Summit County has the third most. 268 people have been hospitalized statewide.
UDOH says 68,311 people have been tested in Utah. 28 residents have died as a result of COVID-19, one more than the day before.
