Utah Department of Health released new numbers Wednesday afternoon about COVID-19 in the state.
There are 3,445 confirmed COVID-19 cases statewide, up 149 from Tuesday. Summit County has 341 cases, up six from Tuesday. Thirty-one patients have been hospitalized, the same amount of cases since Saturday. Wasatch County has 123 confirmed cases, up one Tuesday. Six have been hospitalized, the same amount of hospitalizations since Saturday.
Salt Lake County has the most confirmed cases in the state at 1,795. Utah County has the second most cases in the state with 570, Summit County has the third most. 288 people have been hospitalized statewide.
UDOH says 76,460 people have been tested in Utah. 34 residents have died as a result of COVID-19, two more than the day before.
