A lawyer representing Talisker and Vail Resorts challenged Park City Mountain Resort in a statement issued Wednesday. Attorney John Lund says the Resort should just commit to paying whatever security bond is set by Third District Court. The, PCMR will be able to operate for the 2014/2015 winter season.
