Jasper Wants To Hold Back On Ribbon Cutting On Canyon's Golf Course

A ribbon-cutting ceremony is set Wednesday to celebrate the completion of the Canyons Golf Course. But County Manager Bob Jasper said he hasn't signed off yet on every element of the course. Rick Brough has more.
