The Park City Council has banned the use of fireworks and open fires in town. The town's emergency manager, Hugh Daniels and Fire Chief Paul Hewitt say they gave the council information and their honest opinions. Although they don't agree exactly on the level of risk, both men says they've erred on the side of caution. Rick Brough has more.
