As we've reported, the developer of the Park City Film Studios, Greg Ericksen, has filed a Counter-Claim against his lender, asking for more than $1- million in damages. He claims that businessman Gary Crandall engaged in a fraudulent scheme to obtain the studio property for a fraction of its value. As part of that, Ericksen's lawsuit details how Crandall allegedly sabotaged leases with possible tenants, ranging from the Kimball Art Center to ABC, which is now producing the "Blood and Oil" series at the studio.
