The director of the Summit County Board of Health says he should be in charge of making sure water companies have the water they say they need for new development. But the head of the Summit Water Company says he doesn't like the proposal. A new water concurrency ordinance is the subject of a public hearing Monday, May 2nd. KPCW's Renai Bodley has more:
