Investigators with the Utah County Sheriff's Office are at Sundance Mountain Resort Monday trying to find out how a 55 year-old woman died on the ZipTour Friday. Czar Johnson, Director of Mountain Operations for Sundance, says the fatality is not the result of mechanical failure or operator error. KPCW's Renai Bodley has the story:
