A small sliver of land in the Lower Village area of the Canyons Resort provoked a lot of discussion on Tuesday before the Snyderville Planning Commission. The development company, TCFC, envisions a building and parking lot on the property as part of the Canyons Master Plan Amendment, but protesting neighbors from the Hidden Creek condos say the land was supposed to be either open or a natural amenity.
