Heber Valley Citizens Group Says Residents Had No Input in Rocky Mountain Power Deal

An agreement was signed between Heber Light and Power and Rocky Mountain Power in April to install high voltage transmission lines through the Heber Valley and in to a new substation to be located in Midway.  In recent weeks, 2000 people have signed a petition asking the agencies and local authorities to put a hold on the project while the public has a chance to weigh in.  Carolyn Murray has this:
