With Republican Tim Quinn not seeking re-election to District 54 of the Utah House of Representatives, the seat is wide open. Republican Mike Kohler is hoping to replace Quinn. He is being challenged by Democrat Meaghan Miller. Here is his interview with KPCW in its entirety.
