Offset Bier's original location is seen here in the Iron Horse District. The taproom stretches from the door on the right to the edge of the shadow on the building.

The larger location would be on Forestdale Drive, in the business center by the rail trail.

The microbrewery has a “pretty small footprint” in Park City, owner Conor Brown said.

Now the beer makers are eyeing something a little bigger: a 3,272-square-foot brewery and taproom in Quinn’s Junction at 4175 Forestdale Drive. They’d be neighbors with Jackson’s Base Camp and Proverbial Spirits.

Building owner Rob Nielson secured permits at the Snyderville Basin Planning Commission May 13 so Offset can move in.

Offset served its first beer in the Iron Horse area of Park City in September 2021. It hasn’t announced the opening date for the new location.

It will be farther from town but closer to the rail trail. Offset organizes runs in the summer and uphill skiing in the winter.
