Former Adolph’s Restaurant Site to Re-Open as Tupelo Park City

Tupelo Park City

The stoves will heat up again at the former Adolph’s Restaurant on Kearns Blvd.

Maggie Alvarez and Matt Harris, the duo behind RIME Seafood and Raw Bar at Deer Valley’s St. Regis and Afterword in Heber, announced Tuesday that they’ll take over that space and bring the city an updated and relocated version of Tupelo, their former Main Street fine dining restaurant.

The two weren’t immediately available to comment, but said in an announcement that they hope to open before the start of the winter season.

“We’re more than ready to bring back Tupelo Park City’s southern roots and hyper local cuisine to our new home on Kearns Blvd,” they said Tuesday.

Tupelo was located at 508 Main Street, and garnered an array of awards and some national press attention during its five years in that location.

Adolph’s, at 1500 Kearns Blvd., was a popular fixture of the local dining scene for 47 years before closing last April.
