If you haven’t received your ballot yet it’s not too late to vote but you are running low on time.
Ballots have been mailed out and if you haven’t received yours, yet you may not be registered.
As Wasatch County Clerk Brent Titcomb says the best course of action if you haven’t received your ballot or are unsure if you’re registered is to call your county clerk’s office.
“We have a few calls and nothing extreme. If people can call us, then we can help them. It’s easier than going around in a circle to get back to us.”
You can reach the Wasatch County Clerks office at 435-657-3191
You can reach the Summit County Clerks office at 435-336-3204
Residents that are not yet registered to vote have a few options.
One option is to register online. Although the deadline is Tuesday October 30th. If you register online before or on October 30th you will receive your ballot in the mail.
Another option is same-day registration.
For same-day registration voters should bring valid ID and proof a residence, for example a utility bill showing your name and address.
You can fill out same day registration on Election Day at polling places or during early voting.
