Amy MacDonald joins The Mountain Life to talk about a humanitarian trip to the most remote area of Nepal to take women's hygiene kits. She is raising money for the kits through her art foundation brollyarts.org/nepal. The project is spearheaded through the Upaya Zen Center in the US and through Nomads Clinic in Nepal. Amy will help deliver, by foot, 1,000 menstrual hygiene and birthing kits.
