Foundation Training Alleviates Lower Back Pain, Balances Strength

The Mountain Life welcomes a dive into Foundation Training with its founder, Dr. Eric Goodman, and two local practitioners, Sofia Mileti and Dr. James Leonard. Foundation Training is a simple breathing, strengthening and posture based solution that gives you the means to change the way you move and correct the imbalances caused by our modern habits. Essentially, Foundation Training is a re-wiring of the poor patterns ingrained in our bodies from modern lifestyles that cause pain, deterioration, and inefficiency.
