Park City and Summit County Arts Council's Andrea Zavala and Kendall Kelley talk about their upcoming Dia de los Muertos event on Saturday, Nov. 1.
The event is from 2-5 p.m. at Create PC activities the community is invited to learn about the tradition which honors the deceased and take part in activities like sugar skull decorating and enjoying traditional foods like tamales and pan de muerto.
