The Utah Department of Transportation will open several seasonal roads this month, including two in Summit County.

UDOT opened State Route 148 in Cedar Breaks National Monument Tuesday, and now crews are working to open state Route 65, East Canyon to Emigration Canyon, which passes through Summit County, by Friday.

Crews are also working to clear snow from state Route 39, Monte Cristo Highway, east of Ogden, to open the road by the end of the week.

Guardsman Pass, state Route 190 and state Route 224, which runs from Brighton to Park City, is scheduled to open May 22.

Wolf Creek Summit runs east of Francis in Summit County to Hanna in Duchesne County and opened in late April.

UDOT has not announced an opening date for Mirror Lake Highway through the Uinta Mountains.
