Deputies said the incidents are similar: burglars broke a window and took items from the store, leaving the scene before authorities arrived.
In February, a suspect was caught on camera stealing cigarettes. Deputies didn't say which items were taken from the store May 4.
The sheriff’s office said it’s possible the same suspect carried out both smash-and-grabs but they have not confirmed that is the case.
Summit County Sheriff’s spokesperson Skyler Talbot said deputies are asking Jeremy Ranch residents who have cameras to contact the sheriff’s office if they see anything unusual in their footage.
Both burglaries happened in the early predawn hours.
