After a long mud season, Basin Recreation will reopen the Run-A-Muk dog park April 20.

The 43-acre off-leash dog park closes every spring so vegetation can grow and to minimize damage to muddy trails. Basin Rec. also hosts spring cleanups to clear out trash and dog poop before the summer season.

Also in the Snyderville Basin, Basin Rec. opened the Willow Creek dog pond in early April.
