Aspen & Wildfire: Fast Friends -Aug. 25
Aspen trees have a unique and fascinating relationship with wildfires. Take a walk with Swaner and Dr. Paul Rogers in Bonanza Flat, starting at the Bloods Lake Trailhead on August 25 from 5:30-7:30. Dr. Rogers is director of the Western Aspen Alliance. Options for carpooling from the Swaner EcoCenter are available. Be sure to wear sturdy hiking shoes and dress for the weather.
