Mindful Meander • A Suicide Awareness Prevention Month Activity-September 22
On behalf of Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, CONNECT Summit County and Swaner are partnering to host a free guided mindfulness meander on the Swaner Preserve, September 22 from 5:30-7:30. The meander will be an easy 1.5 hour walk on the Preserve with a Swaner Naturalist, and include activities with mindfulness expert, Rebecca Brenner, president and co-founder of Mindful. Summit County - a nonprofit focused on moving Mindfulness past self-care, into community care.
