Shepherd of the Mountains Lutheran Church and the American Red Cross will be hosting a blood drive on Friday May 3rd, from 1:00 PM - 6:00 PM. The Church is located at 4051 N Highway 224, just north of Canyons Resort Drive. Appointments are required. When the people in Littlehampton--including conservative local Edith--begin to receive letters full of hilarious profanities, rowdy Irish migrant Rose is charged with the crime. Basin Recreation is proud to announce that Run-A-Muk off leash dog area is now open! A big thank you to all the volunteers who helped clean-up Run-A-Muk during the closure, who collected a whopping 365 pounds of poop! Friendly reminder to pick-up after your dog; bags and trash cans are available at the trailhead for your convenience! Basin Recreation is offering three types of "Learn to Social Dance" classes and programs starting Tuesday, May 7. Learn to Social Dance is perfect for beginners and will teach basic partner dance techniques, West Coast Swing, Hustle, and more. Some experience is suggested for Basin's Dance Party, where instructors teach solo and partner dancing to Top 40 Hits, Country, Blues, Slow Dance, and more. For intermediate dancers, Basin is offering West Coast Swing which covers intermediate partnering technique, patterns, styling, and musicality.
