The Jordanelle Special Service District is facing a couple of lawsuits in federal court and criticism from the state auditor's office. But it won a round in court last week, as a decision from the Utah Court of Appeals struck down a different lawsuit from former landowners near the Jordanelle. Rick Brough has more.
