Lien Stays on Park City Film Studios for Now

The developer of the Park City Film Studios lost a round in Third District Court Wednesday. But the decision from Judge Kara Pettit was on a somewhat narrow legal issue. The judge denied a motion from Greg Ericksen to overturn a lien on the studio property. The ruling, however didn't come to grips with the dispute between Ericksen and his lender, Gary Crandall. Rick Brough has more.
