As we've reported, many charges and counter-charges were made as the Park city Film Studios lawsuit went back to Third District Court for oral arguments. Among those, the attorney for studio developer Greg Ericksen said his client has been gratuitously defamed by the financier for the development, Gary Crandall. The attorney emphatically denied that Ericksen sought to establish a position of trust with Crandall based on their mutual membership in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
