As of Tuesday afternoon, more than fifty people have asked the federal trademark office for more time to consider what threat, if any, exists if Vail owns a trademark for the name "Park City." The deadline to file an extension request with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is this Thursday. That's the same day city council will take up the issue in a work session. And now a new group called Future Park City is getting in on the action. KPCW's Renai Bodley has the latest.
