The first opposition to Vail's application to trademark the name "Park City" has been filed with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. KPCW's Renai Bodley has the story:
Update: From Kristin Williams, Vail VP, Mountain Community Affairs: "We are aware of the opposition filed by Park City Powder Cats & Heli-Ski. We have had friendly discussions with the owner already and are optimistic we can reach an agreement that addresses their concerns."
