The Park City Transit Department several weeks ago put a new limit on the number of bikes that are allowed on the Empire Pass and Silver Lake Village buses. The city says it's partly for safety reasons, but the community says if you want people to ride buses, why are you now limiting them? Lynn Ware Peek has more:
