California Man Dies After Skiing Incident At Park City Mountain

Park City Mountain confirmed reports that a 20-year-old California man passed away after an incident at the Canyons resort on New Years Eve.



Park City Ski Patrol responded to what was described as a ski incident on an intermediate trail near the Canyons Village. Airmed responded to the scene, the man was later pronounced deceased.

The man was later identified by Summit County Sheriff's Department as Charles Noxon. A 20-year old from Los Angeles, California

Park City Mountain Chief Operating Officer Mike Goar offered the following statment "Park City Mountain, Park City Mountain Ski Patrol and the entire Vail Resorts family extend our deepest sympathy and support to our guest’s family and friends.”
