Park City Police seek three suspects in vehicle burglaries and credit card fraud

Park City Police Department

Three suspects are wanted by the Park City Police in connection with a string of vehicle thefts last weekend.

According to Park City Police Lieutenant Darwin Little, a late model blue ford pickup truck with possible Colorado license plates entered the parking garages at the Montage Hotel, Stag Lodge, and the surface parking area of Park City Mountain Resort on Saturday, October 2nd.

Three people were observed exiting the vehicle, two white men and one white woman with curly blond hair. The three suspects then began burglarizing and stealing vehicles.

The police department says two cars were stolen - a black 2001 Jeep Gladiator with Utah license plate U201LX, and a 2012 Chevrolet Traverse with Idaho license plate 8BHM955.

Little added that several credit cards stolen from other vehicle burglaries during the same time period have been used to make purchases from several Park City and Summit County retailers.

The police department encourages anyone with information on the investigation to call the department’s tip line at (435) 615-5555.
