Leticia Hereida, Hispanic Services Coordinator for the Wasatch County School District and member of the Bilingual Education Comitee of the Wasatch Latino Coalition and Elizabeth Gallagher, Dual Immersion Specialist with the Wasatch County School Distict and member of the Bilingual Education Comitee for the Wasatch Latino Coalition join us to talk about their roles in the efforts by the Wasatch County School District to create a more inclusive and equitative school system. We talk about the programs, their roles with these institutions, and about the role the Wasatch Latino Coalition has in promoting access to many services like mental health wellness to its hispanic community members.
