Founder and Chairman of Back to Our Roots, Tommy Tanzer, has details on the first-ever scholarship named after the founder of KPCW Radio, Blaire Feulner.
This year the scholarship goes to Park City High School senior and KPCW volunteer DJ/news intern Jack Footer.
Tanzer also shares the history of the Back to Our Roots program started 2005 by educator Eileen Bailey.
