Pat Sweeney and Phil Jordan are spearheading the effort for the Heber Valley Arts Center project which aims to provide performance and gallery space for local arts groups.
The center plans to be built on 4.4 acres adjacent to a 3,500-seat amphitheater, part of a 44-acre gift from Jordanelle Ridge Development to Heber City. Plans for the arts center include a 700-seat flexible theater, community rooms, and gallery space, totaling 55,000 square feet.
