Utah food pantries see dramatic rise in demand

Jewish Family Service of Utah Executive Director Melissa Zimmerman talks about the increasing demand for food pantries and their services in Utah.

According to Zimmerman, food banks have seen a 200% rise in demand since last year. Volunteers are crucial for operations and funding comes from state grants, foundations and private donations.
