Recycle Utah is focusing on reducing landfill waste by investing in infrastructure to divert materials. They require 5-6 acres of land and a 20,000-30,000 sq. ft. processing facility, costing $25 million. A four-acre site at Gilmore was evaluated, but it may be insufficient.
