PCMC consultant and founding principal of Brinshore Development David Brint and PCMC Resident Advocate Michelle Downard provide an update on the process for developing the Bonanza 5-acre site.
The project aims to create a community gathering space with green space, cultural activities and food options. Initially, the plan included 180 units, but it has been scaled down to about 115 units to balance density and financing.
