Hannah Stoughton, owner of Rendezvous Run in Redstone, knows running: shoes, attire and the technology to help you run better and hopefully avoid injuries.
In addition to the store, she also heads the run club that welcomes runners of all paces and experiences and gives people a chance to meet others with the same passion for running.
