A 5-acre estate that includes a 7,700-foot house with private lift access to the Tombstone base area at Park City Mountain, a guest cabin and an "entertainment barn" will go up for auction in June 2025.

The Colony property was listed for $26 million more than 40 days ago. Starting bids are expected between $7 million and $14 million.

An estate with a direct lift line to one of the most popular lifts on the Canyons Village side of Park City Mountain is going up for auction.

The 7,700-square-foot house, guest house, "entertainment barn" and pasture sit on 5 acres on the far northwest end of The Colony at White Pine Canyon.

The Colony is a luxury ski-in, ski-out development wedged between ski trails within the resort. The estate, according to the Engel & Völkers listing, comes with its own private lift that accesses the resort’s Tombstone, Over and Out and Timberline lifts.

The property has been listed for $26 million on Zillow for more than 40 days. Absent a buyer, it will go up for auction June 12. The auction will close June 26, and Engel & Völkers expects starting offers to begin between $7 million and $14 million.

As part of Concierge Auction’s Key for Key program, some funds from the sale will go toward building homes for families in need.
