In this edition of This Green Earth Chris and Nell first speak with award-winning author and conservationist Laura Pritchett.  Her most recent book is "Stars Go Blue".  After that, they speak with Zach Frankel, Executive Director of Utah Rivers Council, about the impact tar sands and oil shale development will have on the Colorado River Basin.
