In this podcast of The Mountain Life, healthy living in the Wasatch.  It’s the weekly program about health, fitness, nutrition and lifestyle. 

The first guest is New York Times bestselling author Ken Robinson whose 2006 TED Talk How Schools Killed Creativity has had over 31 million views and remains the most viewed TED talk of all time. Sir Ken joins us to talk about his latest book book, Creative Schools: The Grassroots Revolution That’s Transforming Education.

Then the founders of Elevated Adventure Company, Alex Stoy and Tina Nardi,  tell us about the company, the mission, and adventure across land, air and water. Finally, Park City’s own Dr. Trevor Cates to share tips on skin wellness, beauty and protection as we head into the sun months of Spring and Summer.
